Information from the MLS provides the following data for residential sales in Dripping Springs:

The average square footage of homes sold in Dripping Springs was 2,865.  The price per square foot was $126.12.  The average residential home sales price was $362,121.  And the ration of list price to sales prices was 95%.  The hottest market is the $200,000-499,000 range.  42 Homes sold in the $200,000-$299,000 price range.  47 homes sold in the $300,000-$399,000 price range.  And 42 homes sold in the $400,000 to $499,000 price range.
